Comments:    Worked in th e Hotel Industry, Worked with the private sectors then went to collage to aquire a teachers diploma. Was acting manager for an instituation for a year HEART Trust/NTA in Westmoreland Culloden VTC. Presently instructing in Commercial Food Preparation at said organization. I am in the process of doing an level 5 (Degree in Vocational Education) I am working with this organization for the past 13 years.
